Our harnesses are put through a 3 part test before they leave our facility.
* Physically tested for integrity to ensure the crimps and solder joints are solid.
* Visually inspected for problems by at least 2 people before its wrapped and then again before it’s boxed.
* Electronically tested to guarantee every circuit is correct. The machine is programmed so well it will FAIL any small error, like the O2 connectors switched left to right.

Our alternators are hand built and tested before they leave our facility.
