Shipping info

You will receive a shipping notification by email a few days after your order. Please don’t worry if tracking results are not available immediately, it may take time for UPS to update their information.

UPS picks up around 4:00PM EST, if you want overnight delivery, order early enough for it to be picked up.

I double check and refund any excessive shipping charges from the automated system.

We ship via UPS only, we don’t have time to wait at the post office. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, some orders will be rejected without a valid street address.

Orders over $200 will require a signature for delivery, please plan to:
A) Be available for delivery.
B) Pick up the package at your local UPS office.
C) Sign the form left on the first delivery attempt.
Note: It costs an extra $15 to intercept and change the destination address if you're not available.

We can not guarantee delivery dates on items backordered from our suppliers. Typically we have everything in our inventory to limit these backorder conditions. However our main supplier is Ford, who does not provide us with delivery dates. We will gladly refund your order if you are unable to wait for the backordered item.
